I’m so excited to start the year with you! I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are ready to kick off 6th grade.
- Our first day is Wednesday, August 22. It is a half day, as is Thursday, August 23 and Friday, August 24. These three days are also free dress days – our first uniform day is Monday, August 27.
- Your child should have his/her supplies brought to school on Wednesday. Please have everything out of packages as we will start sorting and putting away all materials on the first day. (Clarification: I’m okay with college-ruled or wide-ruled lined paper… as long as your child can write clearly on the lines, it’ll be fine).
- In addition to our regular school materials, send in supplies for your child’s emergency bag by Friday, August 25.
- Summer reading and math assignments are due Thursday, August 23 (yes, it is okay if your child brings the assignments on Wednesday).
