Tardies
I’m seeing a recent uptick in tardies. Just a remidner that it is imperative that your child is here on time and ready to start his/her day. Students will be marked tardy if they are not line by the final chime of the 8 o’clock Church Bell. If chronic tardiness continues, a conference with parents and principal will be required. Thank you for your understanding.
Rainy Day Procedures
Pick up for rainy days will be from your child’s classroom. If he/she typically goes to extended care, pick up will be in Mercy Hall. You will need to park your car in the lot and come into the building to get your child. Thanks for your cooperation and helping us keep all the children in our care safe.
Grandparents Day – Wednesday, December 19
– Students should wear his/her Christmas program attire to school.
– Mass at 9:00 am… students may sit with his/her guest or with the Sixth Grade class.
– Breakfast for guests follows Mass (no students at the breakfast)
– Matinee Christmas Program at 11:00 in the Church
– Students may leave with their guest after the program…there will be extended care for students who stay on campus.
Parent Christmas Performance – Thursday, December 20
Church doors will open at 6:15 pm. Students should be in the Sixth Grade classroom 6:30 pm, dressed in their performance clothes (please see Miss Huscher’s letter home for details regarding clothing).

Advent Baby Shower
Advent Prayer Service – Friday, December 21st
During the Advent Season, it is traditional for St. Vincent’s School to host a Baby Shower for the coming birth of Jesus. This year, we want to continue this tradition and show our love for others by presenting gifts to those in need. Each student will have the opportunity to present an UNWRAPPED gift during the 9 AM Advent prayer service on Friday, December 21st (led by 6th and 2nd grades). Click here for more information. Christmas Eve Nativity Play
Calling all Angels, Shepherds and Sheep to theSt. Vincent’s Christmas Eve Nativity Play!
Our Annual Christmas Eve Nativity Play will take place at the 4:00 PM Christmas Eve mass at St. Vincent’s Church. If your child would like to participate in this beautiful tradition, please email Michelle Wakefield at mlw@dmwakelaw.com. Please include your child’s name, age, and your phone number in your email.
